I should perhaps have entitled this post 'What My Eyes Looked At Today', or 'On not going outside or talking to anyone all day, thus going a bit mental and eating just mashed potato for dinner'...
It was just one of those days when you stare blankly at the fridge and somehow don't manage to put a coherent meal together... I LOVE mashed potatoes though! With onion gravy. Beaut.
