It was my housemate's birthday this weekend, and we had cocktails and nibbles out in the garden under the cherry tree. These photos were taken after we dug in and the table stopped looking quite so pretty! What you can't see (je regrette) is the enormous red, white and blue crown-shaped pinata hanging in the tree...

I finally got around to seeing the Hans Peter Feldman exhibition at the Serpentine, and I loved it, as I knew I would. Collections, documenting lots of things on a theme, photographs tacked up in rows... all with a sense of humour. Very much my thing. I recommend it, if it's yours! This is my favourite. I like to imagine the woman that has more pairs of tights than pants.

Tonight I am attempting to look like a lady - shoes from Kate Kanzier and a vintage Neiman Marcus dress I found in a charity shop 5 years ago.

Our neighbour has planted sweetpeas in our front garden. I'd forgotten how amazing they smell!
