An addition

I once showed you my collection of little old frame purses, which I couldn't resist adding to the other day when I spied this one on ebay. One of the reasons I have so many is that I what I really want is to put them on necklaces, but haven't worked out how to make hole in them yet. That's why this one caught my eye with its ready-made jump ring! New favourite.

*Actually all the leaves are on the floor. Which is as it should be. Anyone else starting to think they'd never fall off??!

Om pom pom

Winter=wooly hats. Fact. I've been experiencing a certain level of dissatisfaction with my small hat collection lately though, so got these badboys from H&M and applied pom poms of my own making to them. Not nearly as good as knitting one myself, which I've been meaning to do every winter for years, but we'll get there one day perhaps...

I got this rather nice kente-style printed fabric off ebay ages ago, and finally got round to making something of it. My old carry-everything-to-work-and-shopping-back-again back is looking very ropey, so I'm tag-teaming this one in. Still loving the old rope handles, as you can see!
It has a twin that will appear in the shop next week.

Such a nice thing, a little string-tie envelope. Have to take pleasure in the little things!
